𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 is about storybook destinations, cool people, connection, memorable experiences and an active lifestyle spent in the arms of nature. We stand for an active lifestyle, loving nature, story destinations and are addicted to memorable experiences with great people. A combination of passions related to art, travel, history and adventure. Adrenaline too.

We run adventure and exploration programs both internally and externally: adventure where we climb mountains, kayak, fly the sea or dive into it, and exploration programs where we experience tastes, stories, culture and history, communities and legends. In short, we’re in charge of how you spend your free time.

Our Team

My name is 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗳𝗶𝗿 and I am an accredited guide by the Ministry of Tourism. 𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 is my soul project or better said: the best adventure of my life.

Since I was 8 years old I had the chance to cross the first mountain ranges, and at 12-13 years old I was already walking alone, accompanied only by the family dog, my best friend and at the same time my ever-present protector.

I fell irrevocably in love with the mountain, with its majesty and endless stories, with that unique feeling of freedom that only the wildness and uniqueness of the mountain can give you. Each time it has something new to say, each time it is more surprising. I think that’s what attracted me the most and never let me down.

The years of study dedicated to the human profile, the sports and disciplines that have defined me, plus the constant return to nature, have helped me grow and develop in exactly the direction in which I now profess.

When I was 20, I enrolled in my first guide school. At the level it was at in the late 1990’s, it was a school that taught you how to hike mountains and adapt to all conditions.

In 2005, I discovered the Alps and for a while even chose to live on the Alpine border between France and Italy. Thus, I ended up working as a mountain guide, and during that period (2011-2014) it was my only way of living. And I loved it.

I was also lucky to find myself in a paradise of Via Ferrata routes, which became – during my time as a guide in the Alps – my main speciality, which constantly brought to me people eager to push their limits and taste adventure in double portions, under my guidance.

Volunteer activities, my membership in CAI (Italian Alpine Club) and in a Romanian mountain club of which I was the leader and co-founder (2006-2009) and some jobs I had, constantly put me in the situation where I had to organize, teach and teach, lead and help. So after more than 20 years, when I started working full time in Romania as a guide and organizer, it fitted me like a glove.

𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 – an adventure that goes on forever.

First sporadically, I worked as a mountain guide and tour guide in private tours with Romanian and foreign tourists, and since 2019, I work full time as an organizer and guide. First, I collaborated with various companies, and since January 2022, I started the best adventure of my life, named 𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼.
